Furthermore, our medical office - including all organizational procedures starting from the appointment to the medical care and examinations as well as the office cleanliness - has been inspected by a nationally authorized control association.
We are happy to announce that our medical office was the first medical office for Internal Medicine to be awarded the Quality Certificate 9001:2000*!
This award confirms our concept of providing you with the best possible medical and personal service available. It is our guaranty that in our medical office you will be provided medical care according to controlled and consistent quality standards.
We have developed a method which allows us to respond to possible weak points; for this we need your comments. With the delivery of your doctor`s letter, you will receive a questionnaire. Please fill it out and put it in our mailbox in front of the office. This produces a steady process for improvement to secure a higher level of care in our medical office, which you benefit from now and in the time to come.
